Log for installing and testing insserv with startpar(2).

In Dell Inpiron 4400 with Debian sid:

+ edit /etc/default/rcS, insert CONCURRENCY=startpar TO ENABLE PARALLE INIT.D SCRIPT EXECUTION with serialized output.
+ apt-get install insserv
+ run update-bootsystem-insserv to reorder the boot scripts for maximum parallel execution based on dependency information.
